If you’ve been feeling reactive, overwhelmed, or just… off lately, this is for you.
Not everything needs to be unpacked for months.
Sometimes your nervous system just needs to reset.
I’m opening a few spots for a 3-session Nervous System Reset.
This isn’t just talking.
We’re working with your body, your patterns, and what’s actually coming up in real time.
Each session includes:
• Coaching to understand what’s happening
• Reiki to help your body regulate
• Simple tools you can actually use in the moment
Plus light support between sessions so you’re not left trying to figure it out alone.
This is for you if:
• You feel easily triggered or reactive
• You’re holding a lot but don’t know how to release it
• You want to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of yourself
You don’t have to stay in that constant state.
Message me “RESET” and I’ll send you the details.

If you can’t pause your reactions for yourself, try doing it for your kids.
They’re watching how you interpret the world in real time. Every situation, every conflict, every moment of stress. You’re showing them what things mean and what they should do with those feelings.
When we immediately label every hard situation as something being done to them, without giving them tools to process it, we can unintentionally teach them that they’re powerless in their own lives.
That doesn’t mean kids aren’t sometimes treated unfairly. They are. But what shapes them long-term is what happens next.
Are they learning how to think through what happened
what part was theirs and what wasn’t
what they can control and what they can’t
how to regulate themselves and respond with clarity
or are they learning that things just happen to them and there’s nothing they can do about it
The way we respond becomes their inner voice one day.

If you’re an ocean, be an ocean.
Don’t shrink yourself just because someone else isn’t comfortable in deep water. You’re not here to make yourself easier to handle. You’re not here to be reduced into something that can be fully understood at a glance.
Some people only know how to exist where they can touch the bottom. They need control. They need certainty. And when they don’t have it, they call depth a problem instead of recognizing it’s just something they haven’t learned to navigate.
That doesn’t make you too much.
It just means they’re not used to depth.
You don’t need to drain yourself to be more approachable. You don’t need to filter your thoughts, soften your edges, or scale back your presence just so someone else feels more comfortable standing next to you.
The people who are meant for you won’t ask you to become smaller.
They’ll learn how to float.
They’ll learn how to rest in your beauty.

Hey girl, the way that person… family member, friend, boss, coworker… is handling that situation wrong has nothing to do with you.
It has everything to do with who they are.
And a lot of the time, they’re not even thinking about you or how it affects you. They’re reacting from their own stress, habits, or limitations.
But your nervous system will still try to take it personally.
So in the moment, here’s what you can do:
Pause and tell yourself:
• “This isn’t about me.”
• “I don’t need to absorb this.”
• “Their reaction is theirs, not mine.”
And even if it is about you…
but it’s being handled poorly…
You can still take what’s useful
and leave the rest.
You don’t have to carry the tone, the attitude, or the delivery.
Shift into acceptance:
Sometimes it’s as simple as
“Okay… that’s just who they are.”
Not in a way that excuses it.
But in a way that frees you.
You don’t have to fix them.
You don’t have to figure out how to change the outcome next time.
You don’t have to keep reworking it in your head.
Ground your body:
• Drop your shoulders
• Unclench your jaw
• Slow breath in, long breath out
Create space:
You don’t have to respond right away.
You don’t have to match their energy.
Reset:
• Step away for a few minutes
• Shake out the tension
• Get some air, drink water
• Let your body settle before re-engaging
Regulation isn’t pretending it didn’t affect you.
It’s feeling it… without letting it take you over.
Not everything is personal.
And even when it is…
you still get to choose what you carry.

High-functioning burnout doesn’t look like falling apart.
It looks like handling everything…
while quietly running yourself into the ground.
You’re the one people rely on.
You figure things out.
You don’t drop the ball.
Which is exactly why it messes with you
when you’re told you could be doing more.
Because now it’s not just the workload.
It’s the question in your head:
“Am I not doing enough?”
So you tighten up.
Stay on a little longer.
Try to get ahead of everything.
And somehow…
it still feels like it’s not enough.
Not because you’re failing.
But because in some environments,
“more” is a moving target.
There’s no clear finish line.
Just constant pressure to stretch a little further.
And if you’re not careful,
you’ll keep pushing yourself to meet expectations
that were never clearly defined in the first place.
That’s how high-functioning burnout happens.
Not all at once.
Just slowly,
while everything on the outside
still looks like you’re doing just fine.
You can’t ever feel “caught up”
when the definition of “enough” keeps changing.
