✨ IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE ✨

Starting September 1, 2026, I will be implementing a cancellation policy at Hair by Jenna Isbell. This applies to ALL clients.

I completely understand that life happens and plans sometimes change! However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows can make it difficult to fill those appointment times with another client.

Going forward:

• A valid card will be required to be kept on file when booking an appointment.
• 24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service
• No-show: 100% of the scheduled service

Your card will not be charged when you book. It will only be charged if your appointment falls under the cancellation/no-show policy.

I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time and my business. This policy allows me to better serve all of my amazing clients and keep my schedule running smoothly. 🤍

Thank you for your continued support of Hair by Jenna Isbell!
