There’s no specific schedule required for breast self-exams, but it’s important to be familiar with how your breasts normally look and feel.
✨ Here's what to know:
Know your normal: Regularly pay attention to changes in your breasts.
Know the signs: Look for a new lump, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, unusual discharge, or swelling.
Don't wait: Contact your healthcare provider if you notice a new or unusual change, even if your last mammogram was normal.
Keep up with screenings: Self-awareness does not replace routine mammograms.

Did you know? Routine breast cancer screening is an important part of early detection!
💕 For women at average risk, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends mammograms every 2 years from ages 40–74.
💕 Women with a strong family history or other risk factors may need earlier or additional screening.
💕 If you notice a new lump, ni**le changes, or other unusual breast changes, don’t wait for your next screening. Contact your healthcare provider.
