Nono what the world needs now are the leaders, the dreamers, & my personal favorites : the rebels 😈

What we need is raw, primal , legendary. And baby I got 🎰 an enormous amount of that to spread around !

So yesyes child while we let the old die and suspend the not quite there brand new earth to be built, in the meantime we can cut our hair. 🌹

In the meantime we can solve all of the universe’s complexities, unearth shadow conditioning , and reconstruct the graveyards into gardens 🪷 all in a single appointment.

I don’t think soooo I mean if you are me you would stick it in a corner and forget about it’s existence until one day it shrivels up and turns into dust but hey 🤷🏼‍♀️ we all have room to grow here.

🎁 Having healthy curly hair does not require a million dollar 💵 budget or a twentytwothirtythousand step process. Trust babyyyy , follow this formulation for a success wash day 🧼
🫧 shampoo (2x if needed) focus on the scalp and move in big circular motions. Scrunch the shampoo down the hair strands and rinse like that b to the itch owes you money. 🐟
🫧 Condition- - add lots of water, work in small sections around your head working off your natural part, add more water 🚿 more than that … mass auga !!! 🌊🌊🌊 use your fingers to detangle like your are caressing each little curl like this wash day is going to fix your entire life.
🫧 Don’t rinse out all of the conditioner that is your secret ingredient 🤫
🫧Apply styling product in a praying, hand 🙏🏼method over top of the silhouette of curls- don’t rake through those curls and don’t take your leaves 🍁 either 🐞

Air dry or diffuse boo it’s all up to you. This is your hair, your signature so you decide when it loops and when it swoops. 🌀🦁💋

Remember your curls only want water and the Internet can’t sell you that. Well they sure will try.

It’s October 3rd 🍁and you know what that means … it’s time to rest our eyes upon something lovely again.

🧡 A remembrance that our world is full of art, beauty and wonder and what a heavenly gift to bear witness to it all.

♥️ A return to a natural rhythm where we can not only hear our internal landscape but we create space to tend to it with full intention.

🧡 A sharping of focus where we’ve removed those old dirty lenses and replaced them with discerning clarity brimming with the opportunity of everlasting expansion. ( that one’s my favorite!)

💛 A return to home. A safe heaven, made up entirely from the finest fibers of your balanced nervous system. What a lovely place to rest and live 🌿

You don’t need the entirety of a novel to tell you life is worth living.

You don’t need a 15 swipe carousel to restore your faith.

You don’t need the strike of the cord’s vibration in your veins or a lyrical gut punch to wake you from that fever dream.

But just in case you do… just in case you got lost in the airways of generating and forgot your bones mend and hearts heal.

I hope it brings you back to hope.

I hope you stop seeking externally what you can only find internally.

What a sight to unsee, just how much of this life they choose to toss out to sea. To sink like stones. The once sapphire waves 🌊 now flickers of poisonous blue light on faces in dark rooms past midnight. Don’t worry it’s out there. Just keep scrolling 😵‍💫 surly you’ll find it.

I think I’ll take my chances on the outer edge.
Dare to write words that drip like golden honey,soft and smooth even if they pour into lost corners of a space we thought to be safe. I’ll intend for them to cover over blades of opinions and shards of glass that once upon a time contained self accountability before it shattered by a pin prick of victimhood. I hear a feather could react a puffer fish.

You can keep the jungle of confusion, I prefer the snakes 🐍 that shed before the ones that venomously bite.
