FIBROMYALGIA - Recently my client was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (FM) with no hope for a cure, just medication to the ease the pain. After 2 months of reflexology, her pain has lessened and with Dr's approval, she is lowering her meds. She has more energy and sleeps better and her thinking has changed!. There are no short cuts with FM. It is very important to know if there are allergies/sensitivities to food or anything in her environment. She will continue to discuss this with her Dr. In the meantime, I will guide her nutritionally to build her immune system. She looks forward to being completely well soon.
