Prenatal Yoga classes will continue on January 6th with the amazing Tara subbing during my leave.
Spinning Babies ®️ Birth Preparation Classes and Virtual Yoga Classes will be on hold to allow time for recovery and welcoming our new little one to our family.
I will share dates for my return when things settle down. Until then, it's time to rest and prepare for baby 👶 ❤️

Had an amazing group attending the Spinning Babies ®️ Birth Preparation Class this weekend !! Lots of wonderful questions, insight, and Ah Ha moments.

Friendly Reminder:
The Monday evening Prenatal and Yin/Reiki classes at Pose by Pose Yoga will be combined for the next two weeks while Nicci is out.

This will be a hybrid class to include elements of both practices such as gentle movement and held postures. Reiki will be offered during Savasana.
