Since the very beginning of iStyle, she has been one of our biggest champions. Through leadership changes, new teams, and every evolution along the way, she always believed in the heart of this place: creating a safe home for stylists.

As an international trainer for Paul Mitchell and a mentor to countless stylists here, her influence reaches far beyond the chair.

Now she’s stepping into her own suite, and we can’t wait to watch her shine in this next chapter. 🤍

Erin has always been a quiet strength in our salon kind, steady, and a true backbone of support for the team.

She prefers to stay a little more behind the scenes (which is why we have limited photos), but her talent speaks for itself. From beautiful dimensional color to stunning bridal styles and blowouts we all envy, Erin’s work is incredible.

Fun fact: Erin actually taught both Brandon and Jesica in hair school while working alongside Oz for many years.

Allie is one of the sweetest humans! Always ready to help, encourage, and offer a gentle hand when someone needs it.

She’s an incredibly precise haircutter, and her guests are so lucky to have her behind the chair.
