Our 10 week youth strength and agility program focuses on fundamental sport movements, plyometrics, strength and mobility for all sports🏋️🥎🏃‍♀️🏈💪⚽️

We will be testing athletes in the beginning and end of the program to track their progress along the way.

Go IJ go!

I recently took part in the 6 week Nutrition Challenge and ABSOLUTELY loved it! The ongoing accountability and inspiration from the Challenge participants was just what I needed! Tracking my foods initially was not my favorite task but once I started doing it regularly I quickly realized that I was consuming unnecessary excess calories disguised as “healthy” snacks. I especially loved the private Facebook group where we got to share recipe’s, our weekly goals, and success stories or drawbacks for the week. This helped me to know that I wasn’t alone in the healthy journey! The weekly recipe’s helped me to add variety to my meals and try new things! Tyler checked in with us regularly and always offered an encouraging word! He never made us feel silly for asking questions or being “human” and choosing to satisfy our cravings for one day!

The challenge was all about progress & not perfection! The challenge was focused on making lifestyle changes, not a quick fix, that we could continue way past the challenge end date! I’m happy to say that focusing on my nutrition as well as regular weekly gym workouts was just what I needed to get these stubborn pounds off! In 6 weeks I’m down 6.5 lbs plus a few inches all around! My friends, family, and coworkers are noticing the weight loss as well which is more motivation and reassurance to keep going!

Huge thanks to Tyler at The Body Butler for helping me get back on track! This six week challenge provided the guidance and accountability that I needed. Tyler does a great job of providing personalized advice and checks in often to monitor progress. I love that this challenge was focused on creating new healthier habits and making better choices, rather than a strict “one size fits all” diet plan. I am ending the challenge 15 pounds lighter and motivated to continue till I reach my goal. The nutrition support and accountability combined with The Body Butler’s excellent strength, cardio, and hybrid workouts was incredible!
