Full-Time Reservationist & Salon Coordinator
Sage Tryall Salon has proudly served our community for 25 years, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team.
This is not your typical front desk position. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering concierge-level customer service.

Our reservationist is the heartbeat of our salon—supporting a team of highly successful stylists while creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For
We are searching for someone who is:
Highly organized and exceptionally efficient
Comfortable and confident and proficient using an iPad and salon software
Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask while maintaining a calm, positive attitude
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
A strong communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
Interested in learning about professional haircare products and making personalized product recommendations
Responsibilities Include
Managing a busy reservation schedule
Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
Coordinating the daily flow of the salon
Supporting a salon of high producing service providers
Pre-booking appointments to help each provider achieve their scheduling goals
Assisting with retail recommendations and helping providers meet retail goals
Maintaining and organizing our guest database during downtime
Completing morning, midday, and end-of-day operational tasks
Ensuring every guest receives a luxury salon experience from beginning to end
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Full-Time
