🍌 🍌 Do you have “almost too brown” bananas lying around and hate food waste like me? i just made the most delicious banana simple syrup to feed my banana bread latte addiction🍌 🍌

Here’s what I did:

In a sauce pan, I threw in four brown bananas, a tablespoon of Trader Joe’s vanilla paste, a cup of Truvia brown sugar, a cup of water, dash of cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. Cooked for about twenty minutes then blended in my Vitamix.

IT IS INSANE! Added to my Nespresso with a splash of cream and 🧑‍🍳 💋. Would be so good over ice cream too!!
