Procrastination is the root to why weight packs on, not writing that book, not starting that business and not taking care of YOU! Whatever your doing right now stop and take the 1st step in working on YOU! Walk in place, make a list of prospects to support your business idea, get out the house and get some fresh air, do something different to your hair! Today focus on TODAY and move in the direction of tomorrow!

When you get the urge to stay home, be alone, pull back, or shut down, it is probably your spirit urging you to take a rest. Do not ignore it! Honor yourself by taking some time out. Take a day away. There may be something very important going on within you that you need to know about. You must get quiet in order to hear it.
