Fun fact: I first met Robyn in 2018 when she came to the salon as a new client. Shortly after she became my boys favorite babysitter and my good friend. Then in 2022 she became my sister in law 🤍

While I don’t expect all my clients to become my sister in laws 😂 I love the connections and long term friendships I get to make doing this job!

Life doesn’t slow down just because you need a break.

The kids still have practice. The laundry still needs folded. Dinner still needs made.

But every once in a while, you deserve to sit in the chair, drink your coffee while it’s hot, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

Because when you take care of yourself, everyone benefits. ✨

I chose this career because I love creating beautiful hair.

What I never expected was how much I’d come to love everything that happens in between.

Somewhere between, “what are we doing with your hair today?” And, “see you next time!” the conversation shifts. We talk about marriages, babies, loss, new jobs, anxiety, dreams, healing, and everything else life throws our way.

There’s something special about a salon chair. For a few hours, it’s a place where people can simply be themselves.

More often than you probably realize, I think about our conversations long after you have left my chair. I wonder how that interview went, how your appointment turned out, whether your loved one is doing okay, or if you’re feeling a little lighter after a hard season.

To every client who has trusted me with more than your hair, thank you 🤍

Thank you for letting me celebrate your victories, sit with you through the hard days, and witness chapters of your life that not everyone gets to see.

I hope you leave loving your hair every time. But even more than that, I hope you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and cared for.
