Lately, life has felt really full - in the best (and most humbling) way. Becoming a mom has shifted so much in me and it’s made space for a lot of reflection on what matters most in this season of life.

After lots of consideration, Sully and I have decided that I’ll be staying home full time with our daughter. This is not a choice I made lightly, as doing hair has been such a main part of my life for the last 13 years. Trust me when I say there’s been many tears of joy and also sadness. I’ve been so blessed to have the most loyal, supportive, and down-to-earth clientele. Some of those client relationships have turned into friendships and friendships that feel like family. I truly could not have gotten to this point in my life without each and every one of you. Thank you for trusting me with your hair + your life, for showing up, and for growing with me through all life’s chapters.

At this time, my future in the hair world is unknown. I’ll never say never, but life is short, and I know I can’t get this time back with our daughter. I’m leaning into this new season with a full heart and an open mind.

Being part of Studio K has meant so much to me. Makenzie, Marla, and the rest of the .lynden crew have all been so supportive in this new venture of mine… which honestly hasn’t made this decision any easier! Love you guys! Officially nominating myself as their mascot 😅

Color correction time! This girl was in my chair for 4.5 hours and really the only time i was able to step away from her, was to re-mix lightener/mix toner.
We were super happy with the results of this dimensional color! What do you think?
