Currently we are selling Triumph, Crimson Crisp, and Cosmic Crisp apples… here are the deets on the treats:

Triumph- “never heard of it” … I hadn’t either, but it’s becoming one of our family favorites! It’s a cross between Honeycrisp and Liberty apple. It’s crisp and juicy, perfect balance of sweet and tart flavor, great for applesauce, and stores well in the fridge.

Crimson Crisp- Apples dipped in Carmel? Yes please!They are crisp and dense, semi-thick skin, rich sweet, tangy, and tart flavor. They store well in the fridge and will sweeten more over time. Great for pies or eaten fresh in a salad due to its crisp-ness.

Cosmic Crisp- Everyone’s favorite! A very commonly known apple here in Washington, and very much loved. Rich balance of high sugar and tangy acidity. They are great for salads and charcuterie boards because they are slow to brown. Store well in the fridge.

Fall is in the air. These pumpkins Henry and I made. We have the best pumpkin spice eggnog. Buttermilk is now available. And soaps are all restocked.

I always loved taking photos of the outdoors and animals. I couldn't resist to stop and grab a photo of this scene while checking heifers tonight. The sunset and heifers were lined up perfect, great reminder to slow down and enjoy the simple moments right infront of us.
