DEPRESSION VS. LIFESTYLE CHOICES/HORMONES
According to science, depression is a mental state of low mood.
Anyone can feel at a given time sad or low of energy, but such as sadness does not last for long at the extent to impede sleeping, eating, working, and so on. However, when experiencing days or weeks of not performing activities that you used to enjoy without any good reason and having trouble sleeping and eating, such behavior may be linked to clinical depression. While there are many etiological factors, there are also lifestyle choices in combination with some boosting hormones foods that can help to return yourself to your high mood state.
Most health lovers acknowledge that smoking, bad sleeping habits, not exercising on a regular basis, stressful events, some medication, and loneliness can provoke depression disorder. What they may not know is that the following amino acids, including arginine, cysteine, tyrosine, phenalanine, methionine, glycin, and tryptophan that should be obtained from diet can fight depression. Consuming a diet rich in the listed amino acids triggers the brain to release joy hormones such as DOSE, meaning dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and the endorphin.

I used to hear in commercials anti-aging solution. This is wrong because science does not prove yet that there are substances or remedies capable to oppose to the aging process as the aging process is not only related to the environment you are exposed to but also to your metabolism that releases free radicals that speed up the aging process. However, anyone can lower the speed of his or her aging process by avoiding the consumption of extra-processed foods, too much alcohol, ni****ne, and refined sugary beverages or deserts while favorising the intake of high antioxidant foods that scientists consider as free radical scavengers.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CARBOHYDRATES AND DIABETES
According to scientists, the pre-meal of diabetic persons should be 110 mg/ dL or less, and if it increases by more than 50 mg/ dL, they need to lower the amount of carbohydrate intake. But the truth is the quality of carbohydrate intake is more important than reducing the amount of carbs intake. For example, diabetic persons should always look for complex carbohydrates and try to stay away from simple carbohydrates. Be aware that some people might think that because they are diabetic, they don't need too many carbs. This is wrong because you need carbs not only to provide energy to your body but also to provide your cells with carbon atoms for building molecules of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids.
Complex carbohydrates are key for diabetic persons while trying to always stay away from simple carbs.

KEEPING OUR GUT MICROBIOTA HEALTHY PAYS OFF.
Our GI tract or gastrointestinal, which is small and large intestines combined, is the host of about 100 trillions of good and bad bacteria called gut microbiota. An imbalance of health between good and bad bacteria is mostly the root of chronic diseases and non-regulation of inflammation and immune system, mental health, and so on. Gut health is about our overall health.
