21 Day Liquid Fast
Peace everyone. This page is meant to help everyone get started on their health journey through the use of Fasting.
Recipes and guidelines will be provided as we all connect sharing our successes and benefits we've achieved through Fasting.

We did it! 🎉
Since we all start Fasting the morning of 4/10/21, we have completed this 21 Day Liquid Fast. Slowly incorporating semi-solid foods is the next part of this process.
Basically, treat yourself like a baby and slowly consume foods until your body tells you that it is ready for solids again. This should be over the course of the next few days.
Congrats to everyone involved and I posted each shopping list for anyone who wants to start again, and/or joined the group after the official start date.
Feel free to share your experiences with everyone in the comments below. We can finally eat again (well, almost lol).

3 More Days Left!
Semi-solid Foods to begin consuming as you work to break this fast
Smoothies (more than than normal to get the digestive tract working back to normal again).
Any of the soups we've made on this fast. Do not need to blend into a liquid completely.
Berries
Pears
Mango
Cherries (seeded)
Grapes (seeded)
Melons
Bananas
Peaches
Tomatoes
Garbanzo Beans (cooked until soft)
(Cooked) Zucchini Noodles
Chickpea Pasta
Feel free to add your own to the list but working to also stay clear of items that may be soft but detrimental to your health.
*Note: continue on with items you've made on this Fast but eat some of the items above during the day. This will help you identify what you may need while preparing the digestive tract for going back to solid foods. Do NOT rush this process. Listen to your individual body. Work up slowly over a few days until you're able to have 1 solid meal. Then repeat process until you're back to your regular schedule just with foods that provide nourishment to the body.
3 Days Left! I will post a list of semi-solid foods to begin consuming in anticipation of coming off of this 21 Day Liquid Fast.
Before we complete this Fast, I want to leave this space for anyone to share their experiences of how they've felt while joining this Fast.
Whether you're still going on not I think we'd benefit from hearing other's experiences.

We're at the home stretch starting tomorrow! 🎉
Take these final 6 days to indulge with simppy increasing your daily intake if needed. Load up more on items that you've enjoyed the most dhring this process so far.
Tip: Start using less water in your smoothies to make them thicker. This will help the digestive system and organs begin to adjust back to consuming semi-solid foods and eventually solid foods once again as we work on transitioning out of this liquid fast.

We've officially hit the 2 week mark! After tomorrow we make the final push towards completing all 21 days and then we can begin eating solids again lol.

Ughh....Black Walnut. Not one of my favorites, but it gets the job done.
Whether you need help removing parasites, intestinal worms, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, eczema, or herpes....this is a herb that should be a staple in your diet/lifestyle.

So...how did everyone's "Gazpacho" Soup come out?
*I held back on the cayenne and it's still pretty strong FYI lol. Just a heads up.
