📣📣Attention All Current and Future Clients 💕💕 It is long but worth the read!

I just want to apologize to everyone for the delayed responses. I have not been able to respond back to all messages super fast because I am trying to contact everyone back in the morning, during my lunch or when I get done at the shop (unless I have a moment while a client is processing) I have always felt like me texting or answering my phone during a service with a client takes away from their appointment. So please bare with me on getting back to you on your message or phone call I PROMISE I am not ignoring you guys... I am just trying to respect everyones scheduled appointment, I hope you all can understand.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: I understand things happen I have 3 kiddos and a life myself. But please understand I do have policy and I haven’t enforced it very much because “I get it.” However also please understand I have been very blessed to be a booked as I am. With that being said if you have to cancel for any reason please understand that it could be weeks before I can you get back in unless I have a last minute cancellation or an early morning appointment open. I CAN NOT and WILL NOT cancel someone else’s appointment to get you in and I am sorry. However, I will send out early confirmations to make sure people are coming. But canceling someone to get you in is just not a option for me. So please just be patient with me on getting back to you on your “new appointment time” I am a one women show with my booking and my work.
Also unless “you” message me before 9 pm I will not return your message until first thing in the morning because I do not want to keep you up as I know most of you get up very early... Sundays and Mondays are my off days I try to respond if I can on those days but please understand those are my days with my kids and husband. But I try not to have my face buried in my phone when I am doing something with my family.
Thank you guys for keeping me busy and understanding! Love you all! Can’t wait to see you on your next appointment!!
