So Im sure you have heard of a Toner/Glaze
but do you know what it actually is?
In the most simple terms, a Toner is:
A Demi permanent color
It’s what gives your highlights their color.
It is used to seal the hair cuticle after lightening services ( preventing frizz and dried out hair)
Subdues the dreaded brassy color
Toner is what takes your color from being washed out and dull looking
to literal Bombshell status
And that is just the very basics of what a toner can do for the hair!

Are you using the right TYPE of conditioner?
Here are three types of conditioners.
1. Rinse Out
Rinse out conditioners are designed to treat the outside surface of the hair cuticle, smoothing and protecting from
damage. Most hair types benefit from using this kind of conditioner.
2. Leave In Conditioner
Leave in conditioners are designed to do just that, remain in the hair after shampooing and conditioning the hair. Because of this, the texture and consistency are generally lighter with
less viscosity, acting as a moisturizer that is designed to protect the hair by preventing dryness. Leave in conditioners
are excellent for detangling hair and helping combat green hair from chlorine .
3. Deep Conditioner or Repair Treatments
These conditioners are meant to treat dryness and repair any
damage to the hair by restoring proteins and moisture. The texture and consistency of this type of conditioner are usually
thicker and creamier and should be left to pe*****te the hair anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes.
Sometimes you need to use different types of conditioners during different times in your life.

There 2 people with diffrent length of hair.
One with hair to their mid back and one with a bob.
Who needs more shampoo??
Answer:
They need the same!
You should be focusing your shampoo on the scalp and not the hair.
Most humans have a similarly sized head so regardless of hair length the amount of shampoo you use should be the same .
Remember ; start with less , you can always add more.
Make sure you lather in hands before you apply to the scalp .
Don’t forget to scrub the crown well!

Neither just air-drying nor just blow-drying is healthy for your hair.
The best way to keep your locks luscious and healthy is to do a combination of the two.
It is recommended that you let your hair air. dry 70-80% of the way and then blow-dry until completely dry.
