Like so many women, Amber knew something felt off… but getting answers wasn’t simple.

After a hysterectomy at 32, she was told that because she still had both ovaries, everything would be fine. But years later, her body started telling a different story.

Night sweats. Anxiety. Insomnia. Heart palpitations. Brain fog. Mood changes.

The truth is, life doesn’t stop being hard just because you smile in photos.

Behind the scenes, I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, exhaustion, PTSD, insomnia, and feeling like I was carrying the weight of everything on my shoulders. The parts of life we don’t usually post about.

For years, I told myself I just needed to push harder, be stronger, and keep going.

What I didn’t realize was that my hormones were playing a much bigger role than I ever imagined, even though I’m 30 something.

Balancing my hormones didn’t make my problems disappear. It didn’t make life perfect. But it helped me become myself again. It gave me the energy, patience, resilience, and mental clarity to handle the hard things without feeling like I was drowning in them.

As a provider, I see so many women silently struggling, thinking they just need to “deal with it.” As someone who’s lived it, I want you to know there may be more to the story.

You don’t have to suffer in silence just because everyone else’s social media looks perfect. ❤️

Sometimes asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
