β¨ Sunlight exposure is an excellent source of vitamin D, which is essential for maintaining healthy bones, teeth, and muscles.
β¨ Being in the sun can boost our mood and energy levels. Sunlight stimulates the production of serotonin, a hormone that helps regulate our mood, appetite, and sleep. This is why people tend to feel happier and more active during the summer months.
β¨ Waking up to the sun can help regulate our circadian rhythm, which is our body's natural clock that regulates our sleep-wake cycle. Exposure to sunlight in the morning can help reset our internal clock, making us feel more alert and awake during the day and improving our sleep quality at night.
By incorporating these simple tips into your routine, you can start to improve your health and feel your best!

π Stretching is an important part of maintaining a healthy body and mind. π
Whether you're an athlete, a desk worker, or anyone in between, incorporating a few simple stretches into your routine can have a big impact on your overall health. Each week we will be rolling out new stretched to try out. Here is our first one:
ππ Butterfly: Sit on the floor with your knees open out to the sides of you, feet together. Fold forward. You can keep your spine straight or curve over with head to tail connection. Hold for 15-30 seconds.
Remember to listen to your body and only stretch to the point of mild discomfort, not pain. By incorporating these simple stretches into your weekly routine, you'll be on your way to maintaining a healthy, happy body and mind.
