We are excited to invite you to our 19th Annual Community Give Back Celebration! Your continued support makes this special event possible each year. Over the past 19 years, we have come together to provide meals, free laundry, cleaning our community, paying for pool admissions, paying for groceries, and sponsoring basketball and softball tournaments. We are ready again, and you are invited! This year, we are thrilled to bring back free salon services, with a focus on supporting the youth in our community.
The beauty of this event lies in the teamwork and camaraderie among us. Johona's is joining forces with some of the best barbers and stylists in the city. On May 31st, we will unite as "One Band, One Sound," collaborating to serve the students in our community. Join us at 1711 Shurling Dr., Macon, GA, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
ALL STUDENTS IN HIGH SCHOOL AND UNDER will receive free salon services. Choose from a variety of natural hair services, including loc retwists, braids, haircuts, styles, and more! If you attended last year, you know how popular this event is! Since it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage you to arrive early to walk in and also you can register in advance by logging on johonasbbs.com. Terms and Conditions: No extensions, loc repairs, chemical services, or take-down services will be provided. ALL

On behalf of Johona’s, we would like to express our gratitude towards you for the hard work that you put in. Because of the dedicated volunteers, countless sponsors, and vendors, our 18th Community Giveback & “No Excuses” Movement event was a great success. Positive activities such as this make a difference in our lives and community. Whether it was specific tasks or roles, helping organize, or providing invaluable assistance throughout the event, your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

We’ve got very exciting news. Johona’s Beauty and Barbershop is celebrating 18 years of service and will be giving back by hosting our annual community service “No Excuses” movement. Johona’s and sponsors are WILLING TO PAY for anyone in the industry who provides a service for servicing our community. Johona’s will also GIVE AWAY (3) MONTHS FREE BOOTH RENT to anyone who has an interest in starting a new career or maintaining a career.
