Massage is awesome...that is all

Thank you so much to Community Options & Resources - COR for the opportunity to provide massages over the last few days in Madelia, Sherburn, and Fairmont for their staff appreciation week!

Caregiving is not an easy field to be in but it can be some of the most fulfilling work a person can do. 🌿

Thank you again!

✨ NEW SERVICE OPTION: 120-MINUTE MASSAGE SESSIONS ✨

I’m excited to now offer 120-minute massage sessions! 💆‍♂️

With 120 minutes, we have more opportunity for:

✨ Focused therapeutic work — spending additional time addressing areas of tension, restriction, and discomfort.

🧘‍♂️ Assisted stretching & mobility work — incorporating more intentional stretching to help improve movement and complement the hands-on work.

💆‍♂️ More attention to multiple areas — giving each area the time it deserves instead of having to choose what gets the most attention.

😌 More time to relax — because therapeutic work doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the experience along the way.

The extra time allows your session to flow more naturally between therapeutic techniques, stretching, and relaxation, creating a massage that is truly customized to what your body needs that day.

Sometimes your body doesn’t need more pressure.
It just needs more time. ✨

Thank you so much for the review Deb!

And Anonymous!

Just a heads-up that September may have limited availability as Becca Rico Nieto and I move from our apartment into our house!

I always encourage clients to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water after a massage! 💧

Now you can enjoy and help yourself to a complimentary mini bottle of water when you come in for a session! 🌿

Thank you so much for the review, Esmeralda!
