Monica comes to Salon Twenty-One with over 20 years of professional hairstyling experience. Raised in Appomattox, Virginia, she moved to Ohio after High School, where she graduated from the Tiffin Academy of Hair Design in Tiffin, Ohio. Monica worked at Regis Salons in Findlay and in Cincinnati, Ohio, for 16 years, as well as Macy’s Ecotage Salon and Spa in Cincinnati, for four years. She is finally back home in Virginia and ready to share some of her hair magic with Salon Twenty-One. Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling, photography, learning about history, and continuously expanding her knowledge and education in the hair industry. Monica is well trained in many aspects of hair styling, specializing in cuts and color, highlights, perms, relaxers, and special event styles. I come from a close knit family who has helped and supported me through my dreams. Doing hair is my therapy, having my hands in hair sends me to my own oasis. I have the sweetest bunny and fish that I spoil rotten � My life is never boring and I make sure of that! Having the loudest laugh, I have the nerve to laugh at just about everything.
