Dear valued customers, we have recently experienced several incidents of theft, where clients run to their cars without paying after getting their nails done. This has happened several times. Due to the uptick of this type of crime in the service industry, we have implemented a new shop’s policy. Payment must now be made before any service is provided for a total cost of $50 or more. Thank you for your understanding.

Best Nails will be closed this Sunday, October 2nd because the landlord is doing to electrical maintenance for the whole shopping plaza.

This will be the first year where we are closing on October 31st. It has been a tough year for everyone and we want to give our staff some time off to spend with their children.

In addition to taking temperature of our staff before every shift, we are requiring that all staff take a course on COVID-19 preventions for personal care services and get certified by Barbicide. Happy to say that all returning staff are certified.

A sneak peak to the changes we are making at Best Nails to protect and prevent the spread of CoVid19. In addition to taking temperature of our staff and clients, we are also requiring facemask (we encourage clients to bring their own or purchase one at cost from us) we will also provide sanitized face shields and installed sneeze/splash guards. More updates to come as we get a clearer guideline from the Health Department and Governor Whitmer.

In preparation for our re-opening after May 15th, we have made some changes to our store policy (subject to change) to ensure the safety of our staff and clients and to prevent the possible spread of illness.

1. In addition to our regular sanitizing schedule, recommended by the State of Michigan, we will increase our surface sanitization procedures throughout the day.

2. We will request that all customers sanitize their hands before signing in and touching any common surface. If you are sick, please stay home.

3. We will provide customers with a sanitized face shield. Face mask and face shield will also be available for sale. Supplies are limited.

4. To limit the number of people in the waiting area, please limit the number of companions you bring with you, who do not require any services. For any independent individual, who does not need constant supervision from their parents or guardians, we request that you wait in the car, or please stay home.

Since we are temporarily closed due to the shutdown, we are gathering all the unused masks and gloves from our inventory and putting together PPE packages for our courageous healthcare professionals. Never thought that the masks and gloves that myself and my staffs take for granted could potentially save a life. I hope everyone stay safe and healthy. Spread love not hate.

Due to Governor Whitmer's issue to ban non-essential business facilities we will be temporarily closed as we figure out the best course of action. There is conflicting information on LARA. None of our employees or their family members have traveled outside of the US in the last six months. We have always followed the safety standards set forth by the state of Michigan. We sanitized every tool after each client and provided one-time-use tools that cannot be adequately sanitized. To protect our staff and clients, we ask that everyone practice basic personal-hygiene measures to prevent the spread of the
virus. Please:

• wash your hands often with soap and water or use hand sanitizer;
• avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands;
• cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing;
• avoid handshakes;
• avoid contact with sick people who are sick; and
• stay home when you are sick
