Being a business owner doesn’t make me immune to struggling with my mental health. Some days I’m showing up, taking care of everyone else, running a business, and smiling—while quietly fighting battles of my own.

I think that’s why creating a safe space for my clients means so much to me. 🤍

When you sit in my chair, you never have to pretend you’re okay. You can vent. You can cry. You can talk about what’s weighing on you. Or you can say nothing at all and just exist for a little while.

No judgment. No embarrassment. No explanation needed.

Mental health matters here. And no matter what you’re going through, my door—and my heart—will always be open. 🖤
