Exciting news! I officially completed my certification in Thai Bodywork and it is now available to book! 🪬

Thai Bodywork is a unique experience that combines assisted stretching, acupressure, compression, and massage techniques to help improve mobility, relieve tension, and leave you feeling both relaxed and refreshed. It is performed fully clothed and is a wonderful option for those looking for something a little different from traditional table massage.

Appointments are now live on my booking site:
• 90 Minutes — $115
• 120 Minutes — $150

This week filled my cup in the best way. 💕

Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday, I had the opportunity to be part of the chair massage team at Redington-Fairview General Hospital for Nurses Week — my first time joining them since coming on board. It was such a rewarding experience to care for the people who spend their days caring for everyone else who walks through those doors. From frontline staff to the behind-the-scenes teams that keep everything running, I truly enjoyed every minute of it.

A special thank you to Melanie for welcoming me onto the team. I’m so grateful for the opportunity.

Then today, I spent time at Moscow Elementary School for Teacher Appreciation Week. Just like at the hospital, it was wonderful to offer a little relief and relaxation during such a busy and stressful time of year.

I feel incredibly lucky that my work allows me to support the people who give so much to others every single day. ✨
