These hard times, this pain, these lessons will one day be your strength, your awareness, and your blessings.

Stop expecting honesty from people who lie to themselves.

You'll never look good trying to make someone else look bad.

Save your explanations for those who are determined to understand you- give your silence to those determined to misunderstand you.

Your life is too short to be unhappy 5 days a week in exchange for two days of freedom.

Don't be upset by people you don't respect.

Life is not tiring. Wanting life to be a certain way but not having the confidence to make it that way is tiring.

If you haven’t seen the movie Dark Waters I would highly recommend it!!

My family lived there in Parkersburg WVa and my stepfather worked for DuPont! We drank the water and were exposed every day, but thankfully we only lived there for 2 years. Unlike some of my friends that have already died of cancer.
It’s an excellent representation of perserverance against the giant companies that Don’t have our best interests or health at heart!

Michael Baisden:
After four years of President Donald Trump, the man who catered to White Supremacist, used the US military to clear out peaceful protestors with billy clubs and tear gas, caged immigrant children, and the man whose negligent response to the pandemic contributed to more than 230,000 deaths...still received over 60 millions votes from mainly white Americans. Biden may win, let's pray, but this country has been exposed for being more like Trump or at least willing to tolerate Trump!

Analysis: Millions of White voters are once again showing who they are Millions of White voters are once again showing who they are and -- spoiler -- it's not really that great for America, but in particular for Black and brown people.
