A few weeks ago during our Summer Journey Reset, our team spent the week recharging in a variety of ways. Through vacations, staycations, family visits and local adventures. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time away!

While we don't have photos from everyone, here's a glimpse of how some of our team spent their time:

☀️ Silvia and Brittney (massage therapist) enjoyed some relaxing beach time.

❤️ Lisa traveled to Wisconsin to visit family.

🎸 Doc and I took a trip to Graceland and Arkansas to spend time with family and built a porch for my Aunt & Uncle. Lordy, it was hot!!

🏔️ Samantha visited family in North Carolina.

💊 Seth spent the week working at his other job as a pharmacy technician.

🏡 Britney (chiropractic), Bella, and Denay enjoyed staycations.

🫐 Katie took a day trip to Boyd Farm and Botanical Gardens. She also enjoyed cooking with her daughter.

Time away to rest, reconnect and spend time with our families is so important. We're grateful for the opportunity to step back and recharge for a week each summer.

Our team has been back for a few weeks now, serving our amazing clients and patients with the care, attention and heart they deserve. Whether it was a staycation, a family visit, a beach trip, a day trip or simply some time to slow down, we're thankful everyone had the chance to reset and return refreshed.

What a blessing it is to do what we do and serve all of our Journey family each day!

💚 Happy 4-Year Journey Anniversary, Samantha! 💚

To know her is to love her. For four years, Samantha has been such a blessing to Journey. She is kind, positive and always willing to jump in wherever she's needed. She's the true definition of a team player.

She's also an incredible massage therapist who cares deeply about clients and the care she provides. And if you know Samantha, you know she's unintentionally one of the funniest people around and always keeps us smiling.

We are so grateful for all she brings to our team, thankful that God brought her to Journey, and blessed to call her ours. 💚

Today, as America celebrates 250 years, we're grateful for the freedoms that allow us to live, work, worship and serve our community. We thank God for His many blessings and for the men and women who sacrifice to protect our freedoms.

💚 Today is Isabella’s 4-year Journey anniversary 💚

Our story with Isabella began while she was still in massage school. The first time we met her was when Doc received a massage from her during student clinic. He knew right away she would be a wonderful addition to the Journey family. After graduation, she joined our team and it has been such a blessing to watch her grow over the last four years.

Isabella has continued to develop into an exceptional therapist and we've been honored to support her growth along the way. Through continuing education at Journey and hands-on training here, she has expanded her skills by adding modalities such as cupping and warm bamboo, allowing her to help even more clients find relief. She spends countless hours perfecting her craft and is currently diving into Thai massage training to further expand the ways she can help clients. Her caring heart and therapeutic approach have helped so many Journey clients reduce pain and improve mobility.

We've also had the joy of watching Isabella grow personally as she became a Mom. Her sweet little boy has become part of the Journey family too! He loves coming in for his weekly chiropractic appointments with Doc. Although, I like to tease him that he really comes to see me instead. Truthfully, we adore him and love getting to watch him grow up.

Isabella, thank you for the care you provide, the impact you make and the dedication you bring to Journey. We are so grateful for the past four years and look forward to many more.

💙 Happy Father's Day 💙

Today we celebrate fathers, stepfathers adoptive fathers and father figures who love, lead, and sacrifice.

I’m especially grateful for Dr. Bobby, who is not only an incredible husband and business partner but an amazing father to our two children. He leads with faith, loves without hesitation and works tirelessly to provide, support, and care for those around him. Our children are blessed to have a father who not only teaches them about God's love but demonstrates it daily through his patience, kindness, strength, and servant's heart.

Whether you're a father by blood, by choice, by marriage, or simply by the impact you've made in someone's life, thank you for the difference you make.

We also recognize that today can be bittersweet for many. We hold close those who are missing their fathers, grieving a loss, or honoring the memory of someone who helped shape their life.

💚 Celebrating 15 Years of Journey 💚

Fifteen years ago, Journey Massage began with a dream, a leap of faith, and a desire to help people feel their best. Denise opened the doors to Journey and laid the foundation for what would become a place of healing, compassion, and care for our community.

Several years later, I joined Journey as a massage therapist and spent three years serving clients and growing to love everything this small business stood for. When the opportunity came to purchase Journey, Dr. Bobby and I spent countless hours praying and seeking God's guidance. We knew this was not something we could do on our own and we wanted to be certain we were following His plan.

Looking back over the years, we are overwhelmed by God's faithfulness. Through every season, challenge, and blessing, He has provided, guided, and sustained Journey.

Denise stopped by this week to celebrate with us and snap a photo together. After all these years, I'm blessed to call her a dear friend. It was a beautiful reminder of where Journey began and of all the people who have helped make it what it is today. We also celebrated with our team by enjoying some yummy treats and drinks together.

To our incredible clients, thank you for trusting us and allowing us to be part of your wellness journey. Your support over the years has been an incredible blessing.

To our amazing team, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and servant hearts. Journey's success is a reflection of the care you provide every single day. This celebration belongs as much to you as it does anyone. We couldn't do it without you. 💚

As we celebrate this milestone, we are humbled by how far Journey has come and excited for what lies ahead. We are grateful for Denise, who started it all, grateful for our amazing team, grateful to do what we love, grateful for loyal clients who value what we do and most of all, grateful to God for His continued blessings.
