Accountability post #2 for Flexion-Extension Waves! Have any of you noticed a difference in your ROM after one foot, being different than the ROM after the other foot? Not only did my ROM decrease after the left side Flexion-Extension Wave, but my word recall was challenging! 😱 the body not being mapped well, can definitely affect executive functioning skills like speech & vocabulary!
BTW, these skills can be practiced sitting, standing, & laying down. So don't push yourself to practice balance while learning coordination. Even the professionals like me can have challenges! Happy Mapping!!
