The DiSalvatore Chiropractic Health Center is an excellent source for many health care needs. Tom is fantastic! I’ve trusted him with both of my pregnancies as well as my infants…as well as many other times! A wonderful resource for anyone to have.

Thank you, Tom, for all your caring and consideration of everyone you treat.

It's Wellness Wednesday so here is a wellness tip!

Good morning, Sunshines! Are you seizing the day?
I find myself managing to seize it all so much better about a day or two after a great massage therapy session.

This next season promises to make us all a bit needy for massage therapy and all kinds of physical self care. God is calling us to prepare…for what? Not sure. I’m just practicing having faith in the process.

I’ll be out of Ohio until February. I’ll be working towards dual state licensing.
Be well, NE Ohioans! See you in February. If you need a referral for someone to visit while I’m gone, pm me please.

In the meantime, blessed be, namaste, and Amen!

So perfectly said….I will add, that massage therapy also is a way of allowing another to “sit with you” in your grief. Allow your body to grieve through the pain of loss during a massage and “hold on” to it less and less as your soul and your muscles heal.
Namaste, Blessed Be, and Amen. 🫂

We can’t fix grief, but we can continue to ‘show-up’ when all the crowds have dissipated and the true permanence of loss is beginning to be felt. We can sit-with and bear each others grief without trying to fix it or solve it or get over it. We can hold our loved ones as they weep, we can simply be there to witness their pain, let them know that we can bear it with them, that it is not too much for us. We can show-up, not knowing what to say or do, but to keep an open heart and an open mind. And we can do that again and again and again. That is what our grieving loved ones need; our presence.
