Projectors aren’t built for relentless output. We don’t have consistent access to sacral life-force energy the way Generators do — we’re not designed to work, work, work and recover overnight.

We’re designed to see. To read a room, a pattern, a person, a business, faster and more clearly than the people inside it can. ✨

That’s the gift. Insight, not stamina. 🎁 👁️

But being a business owner doesn’t always reward insight. It rewards grind. So for a decade, I built like I had unlimited energy to burn. I said yes before I was invited. I pushed through burnout and called it discipline — because if I wasn’t exhausted, was I even trying? 🧐

Here’s what I didn’t understand yet:

A Projector’s success isn’t measured in hours logged. It’s measured in recognition — being seen for what we bring, and invited into the rooms where it matters. 💫

Force your way without the invitation, and even good work lands wrong. You give and give, and it doesn’t land the way it should. That’s not bad luck or lack of effort. That’s just the wrong strategy for projector energy. 💭

I’m not undoing those ten + years. They built my business. 🙏🏻 But I’m done confusing exhaustion for proof of work and wasting time on things that don’t deserve my attention OR forcing my way into an outcome. 🪬

These days I wait for the invitation. I trust the pull-back before the push-forward. I rest without guilt, because rest is how I do my actual job — seeing clearly and GUIDING. 🧿 ✨

☀️🇬🇷 Greece style capsule — a love letter to thrifted looks and good friends.

I had way too much fun putting this together. Which look is your favorite?!

The original plan was a session with — Georgia is a gem, and I always treasure our time together. But our virtual session landed too early in my prep, so I pivoted: did more shopping, revamped every look myself… and now I’ve got a whole second capsule ready for the rest of summer. Georgia still worked her magic, building a lookbook entirely from pieces already in my closet. (Years ago she did a full closet edit for me and it changed my life. Highly, highly recommend her.)

The looks for this trip? Almost everything is thrifted from consignment gems, including two favorites: in New Jersey and right here in CT. Ask me about any piece and I’ll spill the details.

Also — first time in probably a decade that I checked bags. I pride myself on packing light, but packing cubes leveled me up this trip. We moved around a lot, and they were clutch.

Still dreaming about this trip. Next stop: Block Island 🌊🏖️ 12 days till I’m back to being an island girl.
