To our Anaala community,

We understand that the closing of our Hilldale location has brought disappointment, frustration, and a lot of questions. This has been a difficult transition for everyone involved, and we are truly doing the best we can to support our guests with care and professionalism.

We want to kindly remind everyone that our guest care team is human. They are not responsible for the circumstances surrounding the closure, but they are working hard each day to answer questions, adjust appointments, and help guests navigate the transition as smoothly as possible.

Please be kind when calling or visiting the salon. A little patience and grace go a long way, especially during challenging moments. Our team is showing up, doing their best, and trying to help every guest with the same warmth and respect Anaala has always stood for.

Anaala Atwood remains the heart of our company, and we are committed to moving forward with integrity, care, and kindness.

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to close our Anaala Hilldale location after 20 years.

Hilldale has been a meaningful part of Anaala’s story, and we are incredibly grateful for every guest, team member, and community connection that helped make this space so special.

This decision was not made lightly. As a small business, we have had to make some very hard choices, and our focus now is on moving forward with care, professionalism, and gratitude. Our last day will be Saturday, May 16th.

Our Atwood location will remain the heart of the company and will continue to service all Anaala guests with the same warmth, hospitality, and dedication you have come to know from us.

To every guest who supported Anaala Hilldale, thank you. Your loyalty, kindness, and trust have meant more than we can say.
