This Cherry Tomato & Ricotta Linguini comes together with just a handful of ingredients and tastes like something you’d order at your favourite Italian restaurant.
Ingredients:
- 1 package Taste Republic Linguini
- 1 vine cherry tomatoes (about 1 cup)
- Olive oil
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½–¾ cup ricotta
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and garlic.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Taste Republic Linguini according to package instructions.
- As the tomatoes soften and begin to burst, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the ricotta until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked linguini to the pan and toss until evenly coated.
- Finish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1 package Taste Republic Lemon Basil Tortelloni
- ½ cup butter, divided
- ½ tbsp minced garlic
- ¼–½ cup cooking white wine
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
- Melt ⅓ cup butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and white wine, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Cook the Lemon Basil Tortelloni according to package directions.
- Whisk, then add the remaining butter to the pan, and whisk until melted
- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add the cooked Tortelloni and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
