✨ Willow & Birch Salon is Growing! ✨

We are looking for a licensed cosmetologist who is eager to learn, grow, and become part of a supportive team environment.

This position is designed for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience alongside experienced stylists, build trust and relationships with guests, and prepare for a successful transition to being full-time behind the chair.

Responsibilities Include:
• Performing our signature shampoo experience
• Blowouts and styling services
• Assisting with color services
• Front desk support and guest care
• Cleaning and maintaining salon spaces
• Attending salon education classes and trainings.

What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed cosmetologist
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience
• Someone who thrives in a calm, spa-like environment

Compensation & Benefits:
• $12.00/hour + tip-outs
• W-2 employee position
• Paid weekly
• Ongoing salon education and mentorship
• Opportunity for long-term growth behind the chair

If my schedule doesn’t work for what you need, I can confidently recommend booking with Ari or Hailey. They have been taking wonderful care of so many of my guests, and I trust them wholeheartedly. They are incredibly talented, and I know you’ll be in great hands.
