Just popped on to say hi. And thank you to everyone who keeps ordering even when I’m away from this app! It feels good to know Honor is a staple in so many homes!

Lately I’ve been on a journey to find joy, i feel like I’ve cracked the code but i still have so much to do, learn and unlearn. If you’ve been lukewarm, i promise you it’s worth going all in on Jesus!!! That was me for so long and i cannot tell you how much it has changed my life to pursue Him daily! I just want to shout it from the rooftops!!

Here’s what I’ve been up to. 👉🏼

I’ve been taking some much needed time away from social media and i just wanted to share my heart with y’all.

I talk so much about honoring your body, feeding it well, supporting it, detoxing it, choosing clean things for yourself and your kids. And that DOES matter. God gave us these bodies to care for, and as parents, we’re entrusted with the bodies of our children to protect and guide while they still depend on us.

But lately, God’s been reminding me that there’s something even more important than honoring our bodies… it’s honoring our souls.

You can eat clean, live toxin-free, do all the “right” things but if your soul is weary, bitter, anxious, or disconnected from Him… that’s not true health and you’re missing what’s MOST important.

It actually reminds me of what Jesus said in Luke 11:39 when He told the Pharisees, “You clean the outside of the cup, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness.” That verse hits differently when you think about it in terms of health, wellness, and especially appearances. We can spend so much time cleaning up the outside (our bodies) what we eat, what we use on our skin, what toxins we avoid but if our souls are neglected, we’re missing the point. God cares more about the inside of the cup (our souls). A cleansed body with a cluttered soul still leaves us empty.

Taking time for soul work and prioritizing my relationship with Jesus, over everything else, is where I’m currently at. I no longer want to fit in here. I no longer care about follower count, likes or people’s approval… because obedience to God will set you apart and If it doesn’t, you’re not obeying, you’re conforming.

Just some thoughts i wanted to share.
