We want to inform the Magnolia community that Your Family Healthcare, previously operated by DNP Niki Hodges at our building, is no longer in business at this location.
Unfortunately, the business was closed suddenly without any notice to us, to employees, or to patients. We sincerely apologize to the community for this disruption and for introducing a business owner who did not honor the level of professionalism and communication that Magnolia deserves.
If you or someone you know had upcoming appointments or was receiving care at this location, please be aware that the office is no longer operating here. We encourage you to share this post so patients are informed as quickly as possible.

Dr. Hodges!

Niki Hodges started her career in the emergency department in 2010. It has been her lifelong dream to open her own clinic with the first Your Family Healthcare opening in 2017, providing affordable healthcare and serving the community. Since then she has expanded even more with our Canyon lake location in 2020, Lake Jackson location in 2023, and most recently bringing affordable healthcare to Magnolia, TX in May of 2025!!

Dr. Hodges is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and has obtained her post-masters certificate in emergency and trauma, as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the university of Texas Health Science Center of Houston. She is not only loved by her staff but patients as well! Dr Hodges’s passion for providing affordable healthcare to the community has made her unstoppable and thrilled to bring our services to you!
