Half-up half-down may still be our most requested hairstyle, but a gorgeous updo has a special place in our hearts. 🤍
For this beauty preview, Tina created a romantic, textured updo with soft twists, braided detail, and face-framing pieces. Then a touch of baby’s breath was added to finish the look.

Laci was looking absolutely stunning at her beauty preview!🤍
And this one feels a little extra special for us.
Three years ago, we had the pleasure of providing hair and makeup for her sister’s wedding, where Laci was one of the bridesmaids. Now, we get to do it all over again — except this time, she’s the bride.🥹
We’ll be getting her wedding-day ready this November, and we can’t wait!
A few things to keep in mind when planning your own beauty preview:
• Wear a top or outfit in a similar color to your wedding dress. It helps you get a much better feel for how your hair and makeup will look with your overall bridal look.
• Bring any accessories you already have — jewelry, hair clips, pins, a tiara, veil, or anything else you may want incorporated.
• Planning fresh flowers in your hair? If possible, bring some with you so your stylist can work them into the preview.
• Even though we collect your hair and makeup inspiration photos prior to your appointment, it’s still helpful to have them easily accessible so you can talk through exactly what you love — and what you may want to adjust — with your artist and stylist.
• Planning to wear clip-in extensions? Bring them with you to your preview. If you’re still on the fence, you can always see how your hair looks without them first and decide from there.
And one of our favorite tips: plan something afterward! Your hair and makeup will already be beautifully done, so make the most of it with a date night, girls’ night, dinner, or somewhere fun to go afterward. ✨
