I created a nail polish brand because my life was falling apart. I was unhappy at work, terrible at office politics, in debt (mostly) from a college degree I wasn't using, and I just wasn't sure the direction I was going in was right for me. Painting my nails became an easy way for me to destress and feel good about myself. It's a simple form of self-care I believed in so much that I decided to build a business around it. Work that feels meaningful to you -- running a business, raising a family, or serving others in any way -- is a source of healing. This eclipse season and in all seasons, I hope you spend some time taking care of yourself in whatever ways that feed you ✨
