❌False! I know, I thought so too 🤔 Recent research shows that while consuming caffeinated beverages does have a mild diuretic effect, it don't appear to cause increased dehydration. Bonus: if it's coffee or tea you're drinking, you get an added antioxidant benefit. So cheers y'all ☕🫖💜
