An investment in Knowledge always, always pays the best interest and its an asset that nobody can take away.
These amazing stylists recently had the opportunity to attend again and had an incredible experience.
They came back full of enthusiasm, ready to use everything they learned behind the chair.
The investments we continually make in our team's growth in their craft, personal development and financial future pays me dividends in joy I can't describe.
This is our future, the next season of this industry that I love and I want them to be able to walk into any room and speak proudly of their craft, be financially secure and strong in self. Learning never stops in this career and I hope we never stop in life either.
So, on International Women's Day I salute these amazing women for their hard work, commitment to our team and themselves.
We know how incredibly heavy the world feels right now- we feel it too.
It's felt a little unsettling posting pictures of gorgeous hair and salon antics when the world seems to be imploding around us.
But, you know what love, we're here and you are too. We're reminded that the salon has always been that safe little haven where you could release some of the pressure of life and feel cared for, supported and a little lighter. We promise to keep doing our part to spread a little joy amidst the chaos. So, if you need a couple of hours to forget about the heavy stuff, enjoy some light conversation, maybe a few laughs and amazing hair... pull up a chair. We are always here for you.
