Cancellation policy: I have avoided doing this for the past 2 1/2 years but due to the recent influx of no-shows and cancellations I am now implementing a new cancellation policy. All appointments that are not canceled within an hour of your scheduled services will result in a 50% charge as well as any no shows . Clients with multiple no-shows will result in the banning of future bookings.  This new policy will also show up at time of booking as a reminder. Thank you for your understanding .

With the upcoming snowstorm, I’ll be keeping a close eye on weather and road conditions. As the holidays approach, my schedule has become much busier and appointment spots are extremely limited. I currently have a waitlist of many clients all hoping to get in before the big day, so I want to kindly ask everyone to please be mindful of their bookings.

Last-minute or same-day cancellations are very difficult to fill, and no-shows also have a big impact on my schedule and business. Please make sure that when you confirm your appointment, the date and time work and you’re able to attend.
