🍯 A Honey Harvested from Our Native Mountain Mint

This jar holds a little piece of summer from our very own hives. 🐝🌿

During this harvest, our bees spent much of their time visiting the mountain mint growing around our property, creating a honey with a beautifully distinctive character.

✨ The taste? Rich and naturally sweet, with delicate floral notes, a subtle herbal quality, and a refreshing, lightly minty finish. It’s not an overpowering mint flavor—it’s a lovely reflection of the flowers our bees visited.
