This Class is an intentional blend of Gentle Yoga, Pranayama, Relaxation Meditation, and Sound healing.

🗓️Sunday, August 16th from 6-7 pm
$20 per person *Pre Registration Required*

Before total rest, this class will begin with gentle yoga (for all bodies and levels) to transition the brain from thinking to feeling. With the somatic awareness gained though Yoga Asana and Pranayama, we can easily surrender to stillness, increasing the benefits of sound healing. Melt away the stress of your day and come back to your true nature of love and kindness. Tea and oracle cards will be offered for your enjoyment.

Massage Is for EveryBody Week is here! 💙

This week is a reminder that massage isn't just for athletes, people in pain, or special occasions.

It's for the busy parent who never slows down. It's for the teacher who's on their feet all day. It's for the healthcare worker, the desk worker, the retiree, the caregiver... It's for every body.
