Grief is a powerful teacher.
It arrives from many places—losing someone we love, releasing relationships that still breathe but no longer walk with us, or letting go of the versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown. Grief moves in waves. It stirs old memories, awakens past hurts, and sometimes it pours through us without warning… tears flowing as the soul gently washes away what the heart has held for far too long.

Grief is not punishment.
It is an invitation—to surrender, to sit with ourselves, to feel what we’ve tucked away, and to release what no longer serves our becoming. Within every wave of grief, there is a doorway back to our own heart.
