- You’re using purple shampoo WAY TOO frequently.
Purple shampoo removes YELLOW from blonde. With ZERO yellow, there is no brightness!
You’re not clarifying enough (or at all). There are so many chemicals & pollutants we come in contact with everyday that sit on our hair. The same way you exfoliate your skin, you need to gently exfoliate those strands from product, detergents, build-up, etc.
You’re not using a heat protectant/using heat too frequently. HEAT ALTERS COLOR. You know how your hot pink Lululemon tank top shouldn’t go in the dryer?
