Hey everyone I know we haven’t been posting and baking much this year. We finally got the phone fixed and are starting to take business again. We are still out of the house. We haven’t found a new location we liked yet but hopefully in the next couple of years we will find something. Heather has a pop up shop in New Mexico. Pam is still here in Virginia and has another baker and decorator. Please be patient as Pam and the new decorator are still learning and are getting better with time. We traveled to Tennessee for our cousin college graduation from University of Tennessee. In high school she worked in the bakery. We are so proud of how far she has came. These were her cupcakes we made for her party. If you remember from the bakery help me wish her a congratulations on her graduation

Not going to lie I wasn’t sure how this last minute cake order was going to turn out but I love how it turned out.

This week’s cakes and cupcakes!!!
Cupcakes were lemon, raspberry champagne, cookies and cream, chocolate with chocolate buttercream and German chocolate.
Record cake was chocolate sugars free and gluten free. The bunny was German chocolate Thomas the train was chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream

Been a little busy the past month. Here just something’s I have been up to. Made a lot of banana bread. Had a few cakes I guess we can say I (Pam) is finally starting to enjoy decorating cakes and is getting way better at it. I made some bread and made an attempt at making shoppers doughnuts.
