As many of you know, doing hair is a physically demanding career, and lately I've been experiencing increased shoulder discomfort. To continue providing the quality of service you deserve while also taking care of my long-term health, I need to make a few adjustments to help preserve my body for the years ahead.

This change allows me to continue doing what I love while ensuring I can be here behind the chair for all of your future hair goals.

Cancellation Policy

Our clients are incredibly important to us, and we always strive to accommodate everyone's scheduling needs. To ensure that we can continue providing the best service possible and offer appointment opportunities to clients on our waiting list, we will be enforcing the following cancellation policy:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

As a commission-based salon, last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly impact our stylists' income and prevent us from filling those appointment times with other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
