For Michelle, being behind the chair is about so much more than hair. She loves those moments when someone comes in feeling a little beaten down by life, and leaves her chair feeling lighter, happier, more confident, and a little more like themselves again. ✨
When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her spending time with her family, loving on her cats, connecting with people, or out on the pickleball court! 🐱🏓
We’re so lucky to have Michelle as part of our salon family and to have the warmth, energy, and care she brings to everyone who sits in her chair.

Hey guys!! As many of you know — or for those of you who don’t — M And Co has been going through a little growth spurt lately 🤍
We’ve got so many exciting things in store, and we seriously cannot wait to share them all with you. Taking a moment to reflect, we just feel incredibly proud of where we are right now. Our salon is filled with so much joy, creativity, laughter, support, and the most amazing team we could ever ask for. Watching this space — and our salon family — continue to grow has been so special.
