It might sound strange to consider the fact that as your practitioner, my goal isn’t necessarily to fix anything that you identify as wanting to be different.
It is however, my intention to help your body soften so it can repair and integrate itself.
The body doesn’t lie. Instead, it’s usually just waiting for our mind to listen and respond effectively.
When we pause and take the time to listen to the wisdom of the body, she’s already there with the answers. That’s what this time on the table is truly about. Deep listening and awakening inner knowing. We all have this potential, and sometimes it takes the care-full and attuned touch of a bodyworker to help us unlock this information within.
This is what it’s all about. Awakening your bodies own healing abilities.

Beauty is what happens when the body remembers softness…
Every skilled healer that I know has a wound, a place in which their psyche has been opened to profound states of suffering. If they are open to it, the wound eventually leads to their healing gifts being fully realized. Although I think it’s way too early on my path to have my gifts fully developed, I know in my heart that the years of personal suffering from jaw pain and chronic illness has guided my hands in this ever unfolding work of Buccal intra-oral massage.
I’ve been doing this myofascial Buccal work since my massage school internship where I became ever so fascianated between the connection of trauma and fibromyalgia.
In all these years practicing I’ve done various trainings in both the massage scope and esthetics scope, there’s always one thing that is uniform between the two scopes—the nervous systems response.
Perhaps it’s the close proximity of the jaw and facial architecture that we manipulate to the brain and cranial field… perhaps it’s the density of nerve endings of the face… perhaps perhaps perhaps perhaps…
In so much as one can have a designed treatment, not once have I repeated a treatment on two separate people.
Every session is unique, because each being is unique, every body has a different pattern to release, a story to unfold.
Bodywork is about exploration—and Buccal massage is at the forefront of this ever growing journey of exploration.
I am consistently amazed at how it helps my clients and I am ever so honored to do this beautiful and sacred work.
🦋
Buccal Therapy truly is the release your body has been yearning for.

Well intentioned hands first.
A deep inhale second.
We always start here, we always end here.

With the facial architecture, we do not force the tissues into compliance, we create the conditions for them to soften with precise techniques—unveiling the original face, free of lymphatic stagnation and muscular tension.
Soft, flowing, healthy.

Thank you.
As this calendar year comes to end, so too does a huge part of my education journey.
To the folks that have stayed with me when life got crazy, school was overwhelming, and my path changed several times… it’s you who have kept this dream alive but simply showing up at the studio to receive.
So freaking grateful. So incredibly thankful. For the love, the trust, the belief in this work. For allowing ME to take care of you, even when I was kind of falling apart at the seams.
I’m so excited to have this whole spring and summer to be devoted to Beauty and the Body, self healing, and living the dream, before beginning Acupuncture school in the fall.
I’m so ready to just be with what we have created. So ready to have time to dream up improved offerings and to have a little more juice to share with this community.
Thank you forever for being here, being patient, kind, and open minded.
Love you dearly my sweet people 💗
