When she's behind the chair, her goal is simple: to help every guest leave feeling confident, refreshed, and excited about their hair.

Ashley absolutely brought the vision to life with this STUNNING calico inspired color on Alex. She used a mix of firey orange, bright white blonde, and black to create this bold and beautiful look. It is equal parts edgy and artistic, and we are still obsessing over it to this day🧡🤍🖤
